Pleiades Sisters
Pleiades Sisters is named after the constellation “Pleiades”, a group of 7 sisters that have been written about throughout history across the world, most often with myths of water.
“For thousands of years the Black River has been home to these amazing cypress forests, now sheltering some of the oldest trees in the world, including the famous Three Sisters Swamp.
It only felt fitting to name the installation after these myths of observant and beautiful water sisters.”
